While Shiya Marketing (“Company”) invests significant time and effort into building out high-converting chatbot systems for our clients, we do not offer a guarantee of specific results such as increased revenue, client acquisition, or engagement. Business outcomes depend on numerous variables outside our control, including the client's offer, audience, follow-up, and effort.
Clients acknowledge that purchasing our Done-For-You (DFY) Chatbot Program does not in itself guarantee success, and the responsibility for applying the tools and services rests with the client.
Our services are delivered digitally and collaboratively. After purchase is approved and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include information regarding the onboarding process, timelines, and next steps.
Client cooperation and timely provision of information (branding assets, login credentials, approvals, etc.) are required to initiate and complete the service effectively. Any delay in response or lack of cooperation from the client side may delay service delivery.
Due to the customized, labor-intensive, and proprietary nature of our Done-For-You services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to revoke access and terminate service delivery with no refund if the client is found to be engaging in any of the following prohibited actions:
Any fraudulent chargebacks, misuse of payment platforms, or attempts to exploit our refund policies will be met with immediate termination of service and potential legal action. We actively monitor and maintain a blacklist of customers who attempt such actions.
In the rare case of technical errors or implementation issues, we are committed to resolving any defects within 72 business hours of receiving a support request. Please note that access to your chatbot platform (e.g., Manychat, Instagram Business Page, Meta Business Suite) may be required to troubleshoot. Refusal to provide timely access may result in delayed support or unresolved issues. However, no refunds shall be issued, even in such cases.

For any concerns or questions, please reach out using the email ID you used for purchase. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
We offer non tangible irrevocable services and not issue refunds once the services are purchased. As a client you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service provided by our company.
Major defects: Although all the services are thoroughly researched before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for any such issues. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours, however no refund shall be issued whatsoever. Please be advised that temporary access to your web host/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our services. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your server will result in your inability to rectify the issue.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our services since the same have been prepared by expert.
Shiya Marketing reserves the right to amend this policy, our service offerings, or terms of purchase at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms before making a purchase.
